A three-day immersion into Primordial Breathwork™, an experiential practice rooted in Amazonian and Tibetan ancestral lineages. Practiced cumulatively over several days, these breathwork journeys can open profound states of presence, emotional release, revitalization and creative potential, sometimes described as a kind of “sober psychedelic” experience. Live drumming, rhythm, sound and awareness guide the practice, supported throughout the weekend by Qigong, meditation, nature, creative expression, integration and nourishing organic food.
